Craftsmanship since 1995

Driven by his passion for welding and technological perfection, Jeroen Wilderink founded Lastechniek Wilderink in 1995. He had one clear goal: to provide specialised and certified welding services of the highest standard.

What started as a one-man enterprise grew into a solid and valued partner for complex welding projects both in the Netherlands and abroad. It all began in Eibergen, then we moved to our own premises in Haaksbergen.

Over the years, we have grown alongside increasingly stringent regulations and technological requirements. But our core values have always remained the same: craftsmanship, short lines of communication and a clear focus on quality. With a team of experienced, certified welders and a strong network of reliable suppliers, we deliver welding work you can rely on.

We have been part of Geurtsen Group since 2024 — a strategic step that fits our ongoing growth and ambitions. However, we remain true to our down-to-earth, practical approach. That is how we provide craftsmanship that goes the extra mile.

Our welders are certified and have extensive experience with complex materials as well as varying material thicknesses. They work under strict supervision in accordance with international standards. Our team not only has a wealth of technological expertise, we also have the organisational strength to successfully complete projects from start to finish.

We actively participate in the process. Thanks to our extensive experience, we can recognise technical risks and optimisation opportunities early on. We are used to multilingual communication, digital documentation processes and working efficiently within tight deadlines. This enables us to provide certified welding work, performed with skill that goes beyond just the weld seam.

Our approach

Well-organised and technologically sound

Behind every successful welding project lies a streamlined and well-thought-out process. As soon as we receive an order, we begin a thorough technological assessment. We analyse the specifications provided, filter relevant input and, if necessary, call in experts for structural calculations.

Our engineers translate the order into detailed mechanical drawings, which are then submitted to the client or supervisory authorities for approval.

Once everything has been approved, we start purchasing materials and planning the project. Every subsequent step, from welding to testing, is meticulously organised. We outsource additional processes such as preservation or painting to regular, reliable partners.

Our approach is all about teamwork. Every two weeks, we discuss ongoing projects with all the colleagues involved. This helps us keep track of progress and maintain the high standards Lastechniek Wilderink is known for.
